Exclusion of breathalyzer evidence
In a case where the state alleged that our client drove a motor vehicle with more than 80 milligrams of alcohol per 100 milliliters of blood, the judge ordered the exclusion of the evidence obtained in violation of the client’s right to consult a lawyer, leading to an acquittal. -
Conditional discharge in a fraud case
