During the analysis and orientation phase, your lawyer will go to court on your behalf. Your presence will never be required (except for some very rare cases). We will then analyse the disclosure of evidence from the standpoint of the Criminal Code, the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, procedures established by the National Police Academy, and the witnesses’ credibility.
