Biography
Me Dominik Robinson is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Ottawa. He joined the firm in 2017 as an intern, and began his career following his admission to the Barreau du Québec. He specializes in criminal, penal and prison law.
Since he joined the team, Mr. Robinson has been working on criminal law cases, and represents individuals charged with various offences involving driving and drug possession. He also practices in cases related to offences against the person, such as assaults, threats, harassment and sexual offences.
Clever and highly efficient, he frequently pleads in front of the Court of Québec in several judicial districts across the province, as well as on appeal before the Superior Court.
Me Robinson also intervenes in criminal matters for traffic tickets issued under the Highway Safety Code, which leads him to regularly represent his clients before municipal authorities.
When taking on prison law cases, he prepares and offers effective representation before the Parole Board to individuals facing possible detention.
Me Robinson is very active in the Outaouais legal community, particularly as an advisor on the board of directors of the Association des avocats et avocates de la défense de l’Outaouais.
