Biography
Having graduated with honours from the University of Ottawa in 2012 and being later called to the bar, Me Catherine Gravel immediately became interested in criminal and penal law, and began her career at the Public Prosecution Service of Canada.
In 2014, she joined Mr. Sébastien Gagnon and the Leblanc Donaldson law firm.
Me Gravel works on all types of criminal and penal offences and regularly pleads cases in various municipal courts in the Outaouais region, as well as the Court of Québec.
No matter what offence or charge you are facing, Me Gravel will represent you with great professionalism while having your best interests at heart. She will guide you from the very first stages of your application.
Throughout the years, Me Gravel has acquired significant experience in dealing with traffic violation reports under the Highway Safety Code, the Commission de la construction du Québec, the Commission des normes, de l’équité, de la santé et de la sécurité du travail and Revenu Québec.
Over the course of her practice, Mr. Gravel has developed expertise in matters relating to requests for the suspension of criminal record (pardon) and waivers of entry to the United States. She has also taught criminal and penal law at La Cité collégiale as part of the Police Service Technique Program.
